While this is a remote location, dogs can explore the Scarborough walking trail, surrounding mountain paths, and grassy plains within the reserve itself. With no traffic, no neighbours close by, and complete silence, the reserve offers one of the most peaceful dog-friendly environments in the Western Cape.

For emergency vet care, the closest vet is in Graaff-Reinet (1.5hrs away). Guests must bring all their own dog supplies.
