PET POLICY
Up to 4 dogs of any size or breed are welcome, but they must be well-behaved and socialised. The cottage is fully fenced, but once you head out to explore, you’ll encounter other farm animals and the resident dogs. George, the farm’s friendly dog, loves meeting new people and dogs, and will happily join you for a walk. If your dog is anxious or prefers space, you can keep them safely in the enclosed garden, or Christine, your host, can keep George at home so you can enjoy an uninterrupted walk. This is a very personal hosting experience, with the host tailoring each stay to you and your dogs. Your dog is welcome to swim in the dam, but please be aware of cattle on the property. As with all rural areas in the Cape, be mindful of snakes during the hotter months. The nearest vet is in Kleinmond, 11 km away.
