The cabin offers a single bedroom with a queen-size bed and electric blanket, opening onto a wooden verandah overlooking the dam. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Dogs may walk on the property under supervision. A 3.5 km walking trail is available that does not include livestock. Dogs are allowed to swim in the dam but must be dried off and cleaned afterwards. The cabin is partially fenced, with fencing on the dam side; the driveway remains open.

Guests can enjoy a covered deck with seating and uninterrupted dam views. Braai facilities are provided, and a complimentary bundle of firewood is supplied daily. A kayak is available for guest use, with paddles provided. Life jackets are limited in size; guests are encouraged to bring their own if needed.

Dogs may not be left unattended, must not bark excessively, and are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests must bring their own dog bedding and clean up after pets. Additional cleaning or damage will incur extra charges.
